ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), is seeking to recruit candidates for the position of Corporate Communications Assistant.

Role description

The Corporate Communications Assistant will play a key role in maintaining and reinforcing the Agency online presence

  • Managing and updating the Agency’s corporate website and portals – uploading/editing content, overseeing web development projects, testing new tools and monitoring online traffic
  • Supporting, contributing and reinforcing ENISA’s corporate online and offline outputs (e.g. corporate videos, infographics, electronic publications, other printed material etc.)
  • Overseeing ENISA’s graphic design projects in close collaboration with an external contractor and enforcing ENISA’s Corporate Visual Identity guidelines
  • Supporting graphic design elements for the website, presentations, publications, infographics, social media and event visuals, etc.
  • Contributing to the digital communications activities of the Agency; including creation of social media content and community management
  • Assisting in budget monitoring, following-up of administrative, financial and procurement activities for communication
  • Assisting in other communication activities as required by the Public Affairs Team

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven recent and solid experience in using web content Management systems (experience with PLONE CMS will be considered advantageous)
  • Proven recent and solid experience in updating websites content on a daily basis
  • Practical knowledge of developing and implementing online information architecture and navigation
  • Experience in working with and enforcing a corporate visual identity
  • Experience in using photo editing and desktop publishing software (i.e. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including managing and troubleshooting MS Word and MS Power Point templates
  • Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing; (Knowledge of other EU languages will be considered advantageous)
  • University degree in Information Technology, Digital Communication or another relevant field
